Thank you for explaining me what to do. But I'm still unable to reproduce this
issue.
gconf-editor -> apps -> nautilus -> list_view -> I've checked
default_sort_in_reverse_order
I've create two new documents "a" and "b" and insert them in a new folder. I've
entered the folder and found first "b" and after "a".
I unchecked default_sort_in_reverse_order, created a new subfolder, moved "a"
and "b" to the new subfolder, entered it and found them in the correct order
(first "a" and second "b").
I opened a gedit and try to open a file on those folders and I saw them in
normal order.

Trash bin also shows files in normal order.

I have to insist: the default_sort_order affects only to places that has
not been ordered previously. That's the reason I'm using new folders
along with old folders.
