Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit, and starting last week or so, my /var/log
directory has been filling up way too fast. It gets to be about 7gb
every few days. The main culprits are kern.log and messages.
http://paste.ubuntu.com/549392/ has the stack trace that keeps
repeating. It seems related to wireless - I do have a wireless card but
only use wired ethernet on this computer. I've rebooted and run fsck,
and have even had a kernel update during this problem that didn't fix
it.

** Affects: ieee80211 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
