Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gpointing-device-settings

I have recently installed Maverick on an Asus seashell 1215t netbook and
have set the "start point" of circular scrolling to the right edge.
Whenever I restart the system, it automatically reverts the start point
to the center, which is really annoying because whenever I try to move
the cursor using the middle of the touch pad the page I'm on scrolls. It
would be nice if my settings were remembered so I didn't have to open up
the device settings each time.

** Affects: gpointing-device-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
