I can hardly believe that only a few people are affected by this bug.
I'm seeing it myself on 3 different systems, 2 desktops and 1 laptop.

Taking in consideration the fact that this was reported almost 2 years
ago, shouldn't the importance be changed? I mean, I think that not being
able to manage a network connection in a modern desktop-oriented
operating system, shouldn't be something other than "Undecided"?
