Hello,

I could not find the .iso file used for the defective image. Though, I tried
with a fresh image download, checked md5, which was correct, and the
installation worked fine this time. I think you  were right about corruption
of the first image that crashed.

Sorry for not being able to confirm 100%, and thanks a lot for your help,
your advice was very useful.
