a bit more info:
'echo 0x078dffff > /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/hotkey_mask' or
'echo 0x00fdffff > /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/hotkey_mask' does
not change anything to the mute button behaviour: volume up/down keys
keep on working, and the mute button does not mute anything.
