I noticed this as well after doing updates on my test disc. It looks like everything is waiting for the network initialization to timeout before continuing startup.
I have only used this machine wireless network, which has WPA running, so it can't connect until I log in and enter my key manager password. ** Attachment added: "Bootchart image of slow boot." http://librarian.launchpad.net/7222157/feisty-20070409-1.png -- Very slow boot when no internet connection is available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/103085 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
