Looks more like a support request than a bug report. There are no log files or configuration files and no information about the hardware configuration.
I don't see any indication in the report that you're using fglrx. But the symptom looks somewhat familiar. It usually happens when you're using a libGL that's incompatible with the driver in use. It could be you're using the Mesa libGL with the fglrx driver or the fglrx libGL with an open-source graphics driver. It could also be that you have fglrx installed but using unsupported hardware. Need more info: * /var/log/Xorg.0.log * /etc/X11/xorg.conf * output of "dpkg -l | grep fglrx" * output of "ls -l /usr/share/ati" * output of "lspci -vnn" -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/697983 Title: Click "Deslkop" and systemsettings crashes every time -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
