If you were to stop NetworkManager, move that file out of the directory
(to your home, for example), then start NM again, does it still log the
errors ?
If possible, please attach that file to this bug report so I can see
whether there is something wrong with it ;) but afaict, I don't think it
should stay around (since it's not shipped by any of the packages).
