Thank you for the additional information. It seems that you lost the Broadcom-wireless's drivers while updating.
I asked you to give me output of lsusb, but i forgot to ask also lspci, can you upload it also so we can find out your wireless-model. Can you perform these: 1. Go to System>Administration>>Synaptic Package Manager and in the search bar, type "bcm". 2. Make sure "broadcom-sta-common" and "broadcom-sta-source" are installed. If not, mark them for installation, close, and reload. 3. Make sure "bcmwl-kernel-source" and "bcmwl-modaliases" are installed. If not install, reload, and then go back and mark them for reinstallation. Then reload. If you are still unable to use wireless, let us know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/700239 Title: cannot connect with wireless-lan -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
