Hi, Could you get us the output of lspci -n and lspci -vv Also, we might get all that and more if you do an apport-collect 672426 from that machine.
As I remember it on some of the serverworks chipsets there was a bug where the two devices couldn't both do DMA (well they could try but occasionally one side would die under load). I can see there is some code in the serverworks driver that does different things for particular serverworks revisions, so perhaps lspci will say which one exactly you've got. A full dmesg (which the apport-collect should get) would probably also be useful.
