Mmm, since automatic login and encrypted home directory are mutually
exclusive perhaps they're more of a radio button; but if presenting it
as a radio group then there'd need to be a third "normal" option:

  a. Require password to login
  b. Login automatically
  c. Encrypt home directory

But looking at a screenshot of the 10.04 installer it offered a radio
group choice of:

  http://www.hackourlife.com/wp-
content/uploads/2010/05/Ubuntu-9.10-Install_018.png

  a. Log in automatically
  b. Require my password to log in
  c. Require my password to log in and to decrypt my home folder

Where as the 10.10 install appears to offer:

  a. Log in automatically
  b. Require my password to log in
      [x] Encrypt my home folder

If that is indeed the case, then this is in fact a regression that has
been introduced.
