This has been rejected in Nautilus upstream on the grounds that the file
manager should be dumb to these sorts of issues, and the point was made
that placing the whole thing inside a folder, as per comment #2, then
the fix should be implemented in the browser.

I don't see there being an easy fix for this as it would require patches
being applied to Firefox, Chromium and Epiphany to name but a few of the
many browsers the user can access through the Software Centre, which is
something that will be very difficult to achieve.

I don't think a bug report is the right place to discuss this, since a
great deal of discussion is clearly required to figure out what form the
solution should take. If the OP, or anyone else, would like to see a fix
for this, then I feel that the forums/IRC/mailing lists are the best
place to do so, and see what the developers think.
