Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hamster-applet

Steps to reproduce:

- Open a gnome-terminal
- Place the gnome-terminal so that it covers the area where the hamster applet
popup will appear
- Toggle the popup visibility via hotkey (such as Super-<H>)

Now more often than not, the popup will appear _behind_ the gnome-
terminal. In other words, the popup won't be visible. This basically
renders the hotkey functionality useless, for me.
