Can you do the following? First, you'll need to install gphoto2 (a
command-line program for libgphoto2):
$ sudo apt-get install gphoto2
Then run this command:
$ gphoto2 --debug --debug-logfile=camera.log -L
This will generate a file called camera.log. Please attach that photo to
this ticket. Thanks!
