Hi Martin, would it be possible for you to
1) copy /etc/pulse/default.pa to ~/.pulse/default.pa
2) add "set-log-level 4" in the beginning of this file, right after the initial
comments
3) try to start pulseaudio
4) see if anything pulseaudio related shows up in /var/log/syslog and if so,
post it here?
(btw, if none of the above makes sense and you've never seen a terminal, let me
know and I'll explain more thorough.)
