This has been affecting me for a long time. Finally, I see I'm not
alone! I'm using the latest Ubuntu, and it has been like this for weeks.
I'm having this issue in two different computers, in a widescreen laptop
and a PC with a 4:3 monitor (different resolutions, that's my point). I
don't remember doing anything to cause this bug, it just happened once
and stayed like that.
