I'm not sure what the Right Thing to do is here. If you're running a torrent and Transmission tries to access a file that it thought existed but doesn't anymore, it will stop and issue an error message in the torrent's status line in the main window. However, if a user hits "delete and remove" then they don't want the files to exist anymore.
