Thanks for reporting this and making Ubuntu better.
I ran gcalctool from the Terminal and noted the following error was printed
when I clicked the menu item "Report a Problem...":

hdlr = logging.StreamHandler(strm=sys.stderr)
TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'strm'
I also tried other programs, like gedit and software-center and they too
print the same error when selecting "Report.." from the menu. This leads
me to believe the problem is with launchpad-integration, rather than the
individual programs.
