The word "Preference" should not be repeated for a System > Preferences menu
item.
"Ibus preference" was fixed for maverick. There is Bug #687269 specifically for
"Broadcast preferences".
Any other app with menu item repeating the word "preferences" should be filed
as individual bugs. Closing this bug report.
