Binary package hint: update-manager
I have started Update Manager and pressed the Check button to update the
package information. After the the package information has been updated
and the updates have been installed, Update Manager states that "the
system is up-to-date", but it also states that "the package information
was last updated 97 days ago." I would think that Update Manager would
truly and accurately state when the package information was last
updated, within minutes or an hour.
