Now I am trying to install ubuntu 7.10, but without much luck. It seems that the HD is really unusable. Goodbye Win XP installation. . .
Well, now I will take out the HD and connect it via USB to my other machine and let Partition Magic make a new format. After that I will try and install Ubuntu 10.10 again, from the CD. I am going to wit 2 hours before proceeding with this, and unless you have objected, and want me to try something else, I will proceed. Best Regards.
