Hi,

Yes this is still an issue. I use Ubuntu 10.04 currently, though would 
be happy to test out the latest development release (provided this can 
be done via a live CD or installed to a USB drive).

In testing the latest upstream kernel, would it be necessary to use this 
with the Ubuntu development release, or could I test this with my 
currently installed 10.04 OS?
