originally described (please see requested attachments). As well, I
called the Tripp-Lite company and they noted two things: 1) They
disclaimed doing anything about this due to the Owner's Manual (
http://www.tripplite.com/shared/techdoc/Owners-Manual/Owners-Manual-
for-U238-000-Adapter-932662-EN.pdf ) mentioning, "A brand-new hard drive
must first be partitioned and formatted." 2) This will be brought to the
attention of upper management for further consideration. Marking Status
as New.
