Binary package hint: unity
The Unity top-panel only uses pixmaps for its appearance which are in
/usr/share/unity/ and totally ignores the gtk panel appearance settings.
Basically Unity should respect the settings for panel backgrounds
instead of relying on pixmaps made to work only with Ambiance.
