"Host" is a general term used for an Internet-connected system, whether
client or server; creating a false distinction in the documentation
between "client" and "host" would lead to confusion later, particularly
when somebody goes on to read documentation on other parts of the
Internet. The host in question is remote by definition because you need
to ssh to it, rather than it being the local machine. This terminology
is consistent throughout OpenSSH's documentation and elsewhere.

Thus I think "remote host" is appropriate, but perhaps the documentation
could use a brief preface on what "host" means, to orient the reader.
