Most recent comment (#18) on upstream bug http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15382 seems to indicate that the kernel option:
CONFIG_PCIEASPM=y solved the problem for one user at least. Checking on my 10.04 system: brick@sneeupenaar:~$ cat /boot/config-2.6.32-27-generic | grep -i aspm # CONFIG_PCIEASPM is not set indeed indicates that the option is not set. My little Aspire one hardly has space left on its 8GB SSD to do a kernel compile, but if someone could package up such a kernel I'd be more than willing to test on my machine! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/432353 Title: ath5k: phy0: failed to wakeup the MAC Chip -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
