i noticed some improvement when i took screen-lets out of my automatic
startup list the only screen-let i use is the ClearWeather.py

i first unchecked it from starting up at login
then i rebooted my usage of the mouse was greatly improved except for the
ability to right or left click using the actual touch-pad keys ......however I
was able to use the mouse key

initially it was using at the startup options some file located
"/usr/share/screenlets-manager" roundabouts
i then opted to try to access the ClearWeatherScreenlet.py file through the
startup menu directly and rebooted
again my touch-pad usage was improved but not as much as it was when
screen-lets at startup where completely removed all together.

currently my work around is a desktop shortcut
"/usr/share/screenlets/ClearWeather/ClearWeatherScreenlet.py" with the
screen-lets unchecked from startup menu nor on the taskbar

in closing i believe "do to other times" when one is working on say multiple
desktops say one is on pidgin two is on firefox and so on the mouse fails to
leave where it was before hence making the applications menu and various things
inaccessible until one goes back to the previous task and either logs it out or
tabs out of it somehow
this still doesn't explain why the mouse 2 and 3 don't operate at all
hope this helps somehow
