I observe this problem every time I am on my computer (empathy runs as an Start-up application), so I never "enable and disable the empathy tray icon", as you say. In fact, I use a computer at work, with maverick as well, and it works the same way, no minimization when I click on the system tray icon (please find attached an image of the region of the screen I am talking about, just in case it has another name).
Thanks in advance, X. ** Attachment added: "Icon that should be responsible for minimization of empathy" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/668648/+attachment/1800908/+files/empathy.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/668648 Title: empathy system tray icon doesn't minimize the application -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
