Public bug reported:
When installing a new kernel package on beagle with dpkg -i the flash-
kernel script never runs. Verified this be adding a set -x to the
script. The details are:
copy the new kernel package to /root on the target and install it with
dpkg -i. The flash-kernel script is never executed. However if I run
dpkg -i again it works fine.
I don't know if this happens with a kernel update via apt-get update;
apt-get upgrade.
