Yes, I have tried the latest alsa, and i think also model=generic (not quite 
sure, i'll check again)
Playing around in alsamixer can somewhat improve the noise.
I figured I get "best" results by setting "Master" and "PCM" to 100% and 
"Front" to as low as possible.
But that only makes the static noise slightly more tolerable...
