Public bug reported:

Test Case:
- Launch gedit
- Maximize the application
-> The title in the global menu is 'Untitled Document 1 - gedit'
- Open a new document (CTRL+N)
-> The title doesn't change to 'Untitled Document 2 - gedit' (this is the
behaviour when the window is not maximized)
- Press ALT+Tab twice, the title is refresh and shows 'Untitled Document 2 -
gedit'

This is not specific to gedit, and can be reproduced with firefox, ...
any application with tabs.
