Please sync libgpg-error 1.10-0.2 (main) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The major changes have been applied in Debian experimental. Only dirs in files
*.install and *.links are different. However, we have explained about drop them
since Debian has better adjusted.

+ refer to versioned LGPL 2.1, thanks to lintian
