This bug has been found on ubuntu 10.10, rhythmbox package version is
0.13.1-0ubuntu6
I tried to enable the "album art" plugin in rhythmbox, but it displays a
message saying it couldn't be loaded. In the terminal, I get this:

This also happens with most other plugins on the list, all of them being
default from ubuntu's version of rhythmbox, not third party plugins.
