The problem is with your sources.list.d/gloobus-dev-gloobus-preview- maverick.list file, an entry added (most probably) by the gloobus preview development version. You should try manually deleting the kine mentioned in the error message, and running update-manager afterwards, and then try reinstalling gloobus-dev. If the problem appears after reinstalling it, it should be reported to the gloobus developers.
