Binary package hint: ktorrent
I have a dual screen setup with GNOME / Ubuntu Feisty Beta and when
running KTorrent on the primary desktop, it correctly puts a status icon
in the status bar / notification area, allowing me to recover it if I
have minimized it.
If I run KTorrent on the second desktop instead, it 'disappears' if I
cilck the X in top right corner: the process continues running, but
there is no icon in the notification area and needless to say, this
causes problems because you will be unable to access KTorrent if it
thinks it is minimized to the tray, and you have to kill the process and
start it again to access the application or stop it etc.
Possibly related (but not duplicates) : Bug #101999 (KTorrent pb with
task bar) and Bug #87317 (dual screen / GNOME issues)
