Thanks a lot for reporting this, however a bug report should be
restricted to a single issue. This make sit easy to tick off each
problem as they're solved, whereas in this situation we will not be able
to close this report until all the issues you have described are
addressed (which can be particularly problematic if one of them takes
considerable time to fix).
I'm going to mark this as 'Incomplete' for now. Can you please rewrite
the description so as to only pertain to a single issue, and submit new
bug reports for each other issue.
