Packaging this requires a little more work than I originally thought. I
haven't had time the last few months to work on it. So it's not making
it to natty, but at least there are debs out there. The problems that
caused ArgoUML to be removed from the archive before still exist, and
these need to be solved before it can be included again. Basically,
ArgoUML depends on a lot of deprecated tools that are no longer
maintained and not in the archive.
