First, the "Configuring memory" message is from the system BIOS, way
before Ubuntu is every loaded. So, this bug cannot be a regression.

Second, that message disappears after a minute and the BIOS continues
booting. Afterwards, the system sometimes seems to stall before
attempting to boot from the network. It just asks to press F1 to
continue and everything continues as expected.

I'm marking this bug as invalid.
