Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: shotwell

When importing a folder (i always use linking), Shotwell shows me
duplicate warnings of files which are always in the database. AFAIK
duplicate detection is done by md5 check.

When the already-existing file in the database is in missing state, then
Shotwell should change the existing database entry to the new path so
that description and tags remain (and the file is not reported as a
duplicate).

Optionally the user could be asked for that the first time it happens.

This would allow Shotwell to refind linked files even when their folder
was renamed or moved, and that without losing any database information.

** Affects: shotwell (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
