Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hplip-data

With Ubuntu 8.04 my USB printer-scanner HP Photosmart C4480 worked smoothly
until this morning.
After today's upgrade hplip-data to 2.8.2 my USB printer-scanner HP Photosmart
C4480 no longer works.
Looks like that the new version is linked to a wrong and old python-qt3 and
python-reportlab.
