Binary package hint: kvm
I have installed kvm, loaded kvm-intel and enabled virtualisation in my bios.
But kvm can not run Windows XP. The boot selection screen pops up, but choosing
to run Windows goes into black screen.
kvm -hda hd.img -no-reboot -snapshot
gives an unlimited loop, notice that the computer does not reboot.
kvm -hda xp.img -no-reboot -snapshot -no-kvm
without kvm XP reboots.
qemu -hda xp.img -no-reboot -snapshot -no-kvm
works perfectly.
