Using: Multiple Workspaces

I enable "Desktop Effects" with either or both of the options given and
I open up a couple of application windows, usually firefox. I have
multiple workspaces and when I have multiple applications open over a
couple of them and switch between the workspaces then one of the
Application windows switches to the other monitor. It seems to be the
application window which has focus.
