http://askubuntu.com or http://ubuntuforums.org and seek assistance for
this problem there. It's possible that what you are experiencing is not
in fact a but, but a problem with your system in some way.
If you are unable to resolve this issue at the sites I listed above,
then please reopen this report with the information you acquired at
those sites.
