It's worth noting that burning to CD or DVD should be available on both Fedora Core 14 and Ubuntu Maverick, because Shotwell cleverly ties into the Nautilus "Send to..." feature. Just select the photos you want to burn to CD or DVD, then choose "Send to..." from the "File" menu. A dialog will appear allowing you to set export options for the photos you've selected (e.g., do you want to burn photos that include edits you've made in Shotwell, or do you want to burn the original, unaltered photo?). Once you've set your export options and clicked "Ok", the "Send to" window will appear. From here, you can choose to send the files to Brasero.
