The page you linked has been removed apparently, it only lists intel HD
graphics of which this isn't because gma 3150 is based on generation 3
(945) which is opengl 1.4 based. OpenGL 2.0 features can be enabled via
installing driconf and enabling the "Enable limited ARB_fragment_shader
support on 915/945." and "Enable stub ARB_occlusion_query support on
915/945." options. They are not enabled by default because they do cause
problems.
