us make Ubuntu better!
I don't see the actual error in DpkgTerminalLog.txt. Can you maybe try
sudo apt-get -f install
and see if that completes the configuration steps?
Also look in /var/log/syslog for extra info that might give you clues.
Also can we assume you're trying to upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04 ?
