Binary package hint: compiz
using the oldfassioned gnome desktop on natty i have severel problems with
compiz.
first of all i cant move windows around on the screen. grabbing the window at
the top bar does nothing.
second normally you can disable compiz by selecting no visual effects adn then
use metacitty, but that option is no longer available.
i am running an updated natty, and i have an ati grafixcard

using the free driver. i cant install the proporitarry driver because jockey
closes unexpected, and i cant report that error cause of problems with
libdrm-nouveau1a that cant be updated eather.
my only solution is starting the terminal and running nohup metacity
--replace manually in order to get a working desktop
