Just wanted to make the change permanent by creating a tpm_tis file in
/etc/modprobe.d with 'options tpm_tis itpm=1', but a suspend failure
occured again (laptop freezing with moon led flashing, hard power off to
resume operation). I've also tried by unloading and reloading the
tpm_tis module with itpm=1 option as reported in comment #86 (maybe
something was wrong in my modprobe conf file), yet I was eventually able
to reproduce the same wrong behaviour after a few trials (things have
improved but problem still appears erratically). Sorry for the wrong
notice.
