Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: unity
Appmenu is not refreshed when an application is closed with Alt+F4, thus
the application window title and a File menu remain in the top panel in
these cases, and I have to click another application to display its
appmenu.
When closing an application (regardless of whether it was closed with
the mouse or with keyboard) the top panel should be refreshed to display
the application title of the application that was last focused before
the just closed application.
